Sue is a qualified Knowledge and Information Manager, advising organisations on how to manage and exploit this key corporate asset, within major transformation programmes.
As an accomplished public sector executive and project manager, with SC clearance, Sue has led successful developments in frontline service delivery, central policymaking and corporate projects. Her executive roles have involved leadership and management of change in customer focused local authority services; budget and reorganisation negotiations; skills and knowledge transfer; engagement, relationship building and strategic negotiation with stakeholders at national and international board levels in central government, public and private sectors as well as representational roles in European Directive arenas.
Charlotte has delivered success as a business process analyst and modeller. Her ability to engage those who are reluctant to change and encourage front-line staff who hold the crucial information to business processes has proven rewarding. Being a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (due to take her Black Belt in the new year), Charlotte conforms to a high standard whilst undertaking project duties.
These recent qualifications have enabled Charlotte to carry out a Business Analyst role at the London Borough of Barnet on a number of projects including Green Spaces and Social Care. Charlotte is currently supporting a business process redesign of 4 Delivery Units in Barnet within Adults and Communities, Family Services, Street Scene and Commissioning Services.
Charlotte has worked within the Public Sector for the last 3 years previous to becoming a process analyst. Initially within Children’s Services developing specialist knowledge in this area of the Public Sector and particularly process knowledge. Charlotte has been integral in bringing two Children’s Centres from the ground over the time she worked at Wetherby and Boston Spa resulting in the achievement of their very recent OFSTED Grade of Good; under the new OFSTED framework. Charlotte’s role involved balancing the demands of analysing and evaluating statistical data for the SEF with communicating and interacting with user and management stakeholders to establish relationships crucial for the development of the centres.
