Think First Associates Ltd prides itself on its collaborative style of working with customer organisations; we work with our clients to achieve lasting change rather than “doing it to you”. Our customers and relationships are long-term. Our track record speaks for itself.

Our People

All of our consultants have exceptional track records in their own right, having each spent in excess of 20 years working in their professional field of expertise, either as senior consultants and/or operational managers in industry. We can provide real value for money, because we have low overheads because of our associate consultancy model, at the same time our consultants have work together over varied and numerous assignments and therefore, there is real synergy in the way we work.

Over the years our people have developed tools and techniques that we know to work effectively, and we pride ourselves in sharing our knowledge and approaches with our clients.

Director - Andrew Rogers

Starting his career as a technology solution specialist working for ICL Fujitsu Andrew developed a passion for helping clients “think outside of the box”, developing ICT solutions that helped them truly deliver services that in a different way. Andrew then went on to work for PWC as a Programme Director leading Public Reform programmes. 

Founding Think First Associates in 1999, Andrew has led transformation Programmes for a range of Public and Private Sector clients, including the first Joint Venture Programme in Local Government, the first and largest PFI funded Computerisation Programme in Central Government and the reform of an entire overseas territory.

Andrew has continued to show others that innovation can lead to step change particularly when model digital solutions are combined with process, and organisational transformation. Andrew has been most recently been working with a number of clients to meet the challenges of today’s ‘Digital by Default’ agenda.

HR Consultant - Barbara Barchelor

Barbara is a highly motivated and tenacious HR specialist with strong experience of managing and delivering transformational change within the Private and Public sector.  She has a proven capability of working both strategically and operationally to deliver business objectives under pressure, on time and within budget in spite of resistance.  Barbara has extensive project, programme, procurement, contract and commercial experience in addition to widespread recruitment, resourcing, workforce planning, operational, generalist and HR matrix management expertise.
